Born in 1956 in Salt Lake City, UT, he designed more than 20 theatrical set for major productions in New York, London, Cologne, Vienna, and Frankfurt. In 2013, he was the subject of the retrospective “Alter Weis” at ClampArt in New York. His works are currently held in the collections of The Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Utah Museum of Fine Art in Salt Lake City, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the Albertina in Vienna and the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, among others. Buyer is responsible for removal of statue. Statue is hollow but is still heavy and large. Please be sure to bring adequate help and a vehicle that can properly transport the piece. Buyer will be able to drive on property within a few feet of the statue to load.
