PICKUP: Friday 6/18/2021 from 10AM-3:00PM ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

Because there is no outdoor space, winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack up and carry their items out. Most items are unwrapped so please bring packing materials. Bring help to lift furniture.

Parking directly outside the building is unlikely, so if you are driving and picking up more than you can easily carry for numerous blocks, please bring a helper to wait with your items on the curb while you drive your car around.

-Masks must be worn by all bidders picking up items.

-Please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and other bidders.
