We are best reached via text (considerately, between the hours of 9 am - 10 pm) as we spend many long hours working inside of the estates.
We do not consider returns, this is an online auction; all items are previously owned and are being sold as is & without guarantee. Review Photos Closely.
Please do not be early; we use the time to bring every lot and item outside and organize your orders to be prepared for a smoother pick up process. If you do arrive early, please be understanding and wait in your vehicle until 12:00.
We are unable to accommodate alternate pick up times.
