*Any items not picked up by end of scheduled pick up time will be forfeited.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping must be requested, by email only, within 72 hours after end of auction.
Shipping for this Auction is $9.50 per lot won. Send shipping fee via PayPal or Venmo (instructions provided in winning email).
Item will not ship until payment is received. Missing your pick-up time will result in forfeiture of winnings,
as you will have already missed the 72 hour window to request it.
FYI - Most of our items are very fragile, the shipping charge is not entirely for postage,
it is also for packing materials and handling of your special purchases.

BUYERS PREMIUM:
This fee has been reduced to 15% for this auction.

RETURN POLICY:
No Returns. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" VINTAGE CONDITION. We do our best to describe the items condition and any visible flaws.
That being said, buyer should view photos carefully and email us with any questions.

**We regret to say that we CAN NOT refund money for any Auction items damaged in shipping. We take every precaution to securely pack fragile items like pottery and glass, however we cannot control what happens in transit. It is for this reason that we purchase extra insurance whenever possible, for MORE than what you paid for the item. If damage occurs, you will then be able to make a claim through the carrier directly.

TAXES:
CT requires that we charge sales tax of 6.35% Regardless of where you are buying from, we still must collect and pay CT State sales taxes.
