What a sale for the decorator, reseller, collector and fan of such items. You sometimes find one or two in a sale, but never in such variety or quantity so come on in, place a bid, we hope you win!

PLEASE NOTE - Shipping costs are separate and not included in the CHES auction invoice. Shipping charges are payable directly to the auction managers via Paypal, checks or money orders post sale within 3 days of notice of the shipping total. Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests by end of pickup time on pickup day.

Winning Bidders Must:

- Bring help for large/heavy items & proper packing materials. Many of these objects are big/heavy/fragile, YOU must have sufficient help to lift & load your items, none will be available.
-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS / WHERE IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. While MJS ANTIQUES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items MJSANTIQUES sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
