This is ...view morea DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. Everyone stepping on to the property will be required to sign liability waivers. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is absolutely no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction managers. Please remember this is an auction of all used items, we do our best to describe and photograph condition, but all items are sold "as-is", including damage not visible at this time or prior to removal.
