Please bring a pen to sign your invoice or bring a printed and signed copy to leave with us.

• Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed.
• Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED at pickup.


We will always do our best to point out any obvious defects - but everything is sold -as-is.

NOTE -Auction items are from a former smoker's home . Although this does not affect hard items (i.e. China, Glass, Metal ), you may detect a residual smell on soft items , some upholstery, etc). We have cleaned 90% of the items but some TLC may be needed.
