This is a 3 level warehouse built into a hill overlooking the river. MOST items can be accesed from ground level in the basement or 1st floors. We have noted the two large and heavy items that will require lifting down the steps, as well as the handful of light fixtures still in the air. You are responsible for removing these things - bring appropriate ladders, dollies, etc. The ceilings are 15' high!
