PICKUP: Saturday, April 16th from 8:00am to 12 Noon. NO EXCEPTIONS!! ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

If you cannot make the pickup, send a friend/family member and notify the auction managers of the change.

Please bring a pre-signed copy of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice with you, be prepared to show a copy of your invoice on your phone.

Winning Bidders Must:

- Bring help for large/heavy items & proper packing materials.
-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.
-Pickup location will be in a business plaza, please park accordingly in a parking spot. Please be considerate of others.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS / WHERE IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.
