NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK-UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS.
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICK- UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER/ OR A FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.
Winning Bidders Will Receive the Pick- Up Address Via Email. Be sure your account preferences are set to receive notifications by email &/or text. You can also view invoices/pick up information *after the sale is fully closed* by logging in to your AN/CHES account and from your dashboard select "Invoices." Scroll to bottom of your order for pickup details.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
* Winning Bidders must bring help if you have won LARGE items. This is required for large/ heavy items- especially furniture/ marble slabs/ fabric bolts.
*PLEASE BRING YOUR PROPER PACKING MATERIALS including wrapping paper, bags or boxes for glassware, china, lamps, porcelain, books, etc.
*NO EARLY BIRDS - PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 11:30am for PICK- UP- We will be busy preparing for ALL CUSTOMERS -Thank you.
Limited *Separately Paid* Shipping must be pre-approved and is available on *Smalls Only*
Shipping requests must be made prior to end of the sale to Auction Manager: Ernie Taddei via the Auction site's message/ question feature. Packing, shipping fee invoices, and shipments take place the week after the Local Pick-Up day.
Contact us to request, coordinate and pay for shipping service. You must ask any shipping request before placing bids. Shipping requests received days after the Local Pick-Up is held, or once a maximum number of shipments that we can properly service for our customers is reached- can be refused.
No Shipping of medium to large sized items. NOTE* Large Box- lots of many small items is not a "small item". Nor are 3-pages of 25 small items. We can ship small items such as jewelry lots, small glass/ porcelain figurines and small art pottery vases. No framed artwork.
