The pick-up location is a studio on the second ...view morefloor of a commercial building. Please bring packing materials and extra help for loading large items if necessary. For larger pieces of furniture, there is a loading dock with double doors on the same floor as the pick-up location, and a small dolly is available for your convenience.

Third Party Shipping Option ~ Please read all and ask any questions before bidding:
For your convenience, a 3rd party pack and ship option is available for all items (except the French and Heald dresser) through The Package Store in Westfield, MA. If you request shipping, we will drop off your items at The Package Store within 5 business days following the auction close. You will be responsible for making independent arrangements with The Package Store for packing, shipping, and insurance. The Package Store can be reached at (413) 282-0048 for a shipping estimate and to make arrangements. Please make sure your address in Auction Ninja is correct so it prints accurately on your invoice as that is the address that will be provided for shipment.

***If you choose the 3rd party shipping option, you MUST send a written request to Auction Manager at: millriverarts@gmail.com WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY of the auction close stating your wish to have your item(s) shipped. ***

Failure to pick up your items at the designated pick-up times or arrange for shipping prior to pick-up will result in forfeiture of your merchandise without refund.

Please examine photographs and read descriptions carefully prior to bidding. All items are being sold as is. I do my best to describe condition accurately including any noticeable flaws, but please keep in mind that vintage, antique, and hand crafted merchandise will likely have some imperfections and minor wear commensurate with age and use.
