***SHIPPING INFORMATION*** I will ship smaller items at cost. There will be a $5 handling fee for the 1st lot and $2 per additional lot not to exceed $12.00 per package. I will offer shipping for larger items starting at $125 to the door only within a radius of 40 miles. (except for the Stanley china cabinet. That MUST be picked up in person in Bridgeport CT)

Normal pick up will be Friday December 20th from 10 am to 3 pm and Monday December 23 from 10 to 12pm . Address will be reveled in invoice. Property is in a gated community so please be respectful.

Items not picked up by Monday at noon will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refunds given. Items where shipping is not arranged for by Monday at noon will also be forfeited and abandoned with no refunds given.

Please bring help for larger items and an adequate vehicle. For smalls, please bring your own packaging supplies as none will be available.
