• Pick up is arranged by appointment. Please call David Leith at 413-559-9175 to schedule pick up time. The pick up dates for all three auctions are currently scheduled for Wednesday, 12/18/24, Thursday, 12/19/24 and ...view moreSaturday, 12/21/24 all between 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. No appointment is necessary for Saturday, but all items must be picked up by then.
• Upon your arrival we will bring your items to you. Please park in our parking lot and not directly in front of the house.
• Please bring bags, boxes, packing paper, blankets. We are not packing your items.
• Please inspect all of your items prior to leaving the pick up site. You are agreeing that you have inspected your items and they are in satisfactory condition.

• Photo ID will be required at pickup for high value items.

CAVEAT EMPTOR:
While we have tried our best to supply effusive information on the items for sale, our sources (including Chat-GPT) are not infallible. Please do your own research and inspect the photographs carefully. Ask questions of the Auction Manager before you bid. Look again when you pick the items up. Obvious flaws are generally called out and the item labeled AS IS. But every item in this auction is sold AS IS.
