• Pick up is arranged by appointment. Please text David Leith at 413-559-9175 to schedule pick up time. The pick up dates for all three auctions are currently scheduled for Wednesday, 12/18/24, Thursday, 12/19/24 and ...view moreSaturday, 12/21/24 all between 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. No appointment is necessary for Saturday, but all items must be picked up by then.
• Upon your arrival we will bring your items to you. Please park in our parking lot and not directly in front of the house.
• Please bring bags, boxes, packing paper, blankets. We are not packing your items.
• Please inspect all of your items prior to leaving the pick up site. You are agreeing that you have inspected your items and they are in satisfactory condition.

• Photo ID will be required at pickup for high value items.

CAVEAT EMPTOR:
While we have tried our best to supply effusive information on the items for sale, our sources (including Chat-GPT) are not infallible. Please do your own research and inspect the photographs carefully. Ask questions of the Auction Manager before you bid. Look again when you pick the items up.
