• Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice.
• We Do Not assist with lifting, carrying or moving ANY item. Winning bidders MUST bring help if required for any item they are picking up large or small.
• Packing, packaging materials or moving & transporting of your items will NOT be provided at pickup.

WINNING BIDDERS:
• All winning bidders will receive the Pickup Address via email on file only. If you do not receive the pickup address, please check your spam or junk folder.
• Check you Dashboard to make sure you have selected to receive auction win information via email or text.
• Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

PICKUP DETAILS:
• Pick Up Dates and Times are Firm. All items Not picked up during allotted time will be forfeited without a refund. NO Returns, Cancellations, Credits or Exchanges are not permitted.
• PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO MAKE OTHER PICK UP ARRANGEMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If there is a line when arriving to make your pick up, please patiently wait your turn. Pickups are on a first-come/first-served basis. THERE IS NO NEED TO TEXT, we will do our best to have all items ready upon arrival.
