While the address is correct, GPS apps seem to take you to an unnavigable part of the property where there is no road. For clarity, the compound is called ...view moreAPPLECREST, and the entrance is located on the NORTH SIDE of SHERWOOD AVENUE, just WEST of RIVERSVILLE ROAD in Greenwich.

For GPS users: navigate to the intersection of RIVERSVILLE ROAD and SHERWOOD AVE. Turn onto Sherwood and look on the north side of the street for the large white gate and auction signs.


This sale is located in a private compound. When you enter the gate, continue STRAIGHT, all the way to the end cul-de-sac, where you will be given instructions on where to go by an attendant. Do NOT park on the grass for any circumstances, and when you park, please make sure you are not blocking traffic in any direction, and that people can get around you at ALL times.
