This downsizing event presents an eclectic mix of:
Antiques, Collectibles, Designer Pieces, Gardening, Holiday and Household and Sports themed items.

All items are to be considered in used condition (unless otherwise noted) with normal wear and tear ...view morefrom age and use. Please use the photos as part of the condition description.

At close of Auction, win notifications and pickup address will be sent to all winning bidders via email and/or text.

Please ensure you have set your Auction Ninja Account > Dashboard > Account Preferences to receive ...view morenotifications via email and/or text. You can also access your win email and invoices via your dashboard under the invoices tab after the auction closes completely.

**PICKUP DAYS/TIMES: Friday, April 26th (11AM - 3PM) and Saturday, April 27th (11AM-3PM). Items not picked up during the stated days/times will be considered abandoned/forfeited with no refunds. Please do not bid if you are unable to commit to the assigned pickup days/times.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: You (the buyer) are responsible for providing your own bags, boxes, packing materials for your items. You (the buyer) are also responsible for moving your items, assistance in carrying, moving or loading items into your vehicle are NOT available. Please plan accordingly.

**SHIPPING: Shipping available for most items, inquire before bidding. Shipping and handling fees are in addition to the gavel price and paid directly to the Auction Manager, via Paypal/Venmo. There is a $10 handling charge added to the cost of shipping per box shipped (not lot). Shipping provided through USPS or UPS whichever is most cost effective. Shipment will be made within 5 days of auction close. Please inquire for shipping estimate(s) before bidding.

TERMS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are SOLD AS IS. No credits, exchanges or returns. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. We do our best to list any and all known conditions (new/used) and whether there is any damage, repairs or restorations. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must NOT be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition or new. ASK BEFORE BIDDING!
