READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW & ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING.
*Items that are not picked up in the designated pickup date/times above will be considered forfeit without refund. You can request individualized/flexible pick up times for large pieces of furniture only but must be arranged directly with Auction Manager, Carolyn Thompson prior to the pickup date. Furniture cannot be held more than maximum 24 hours after the set pickup time.
*Bidders are encouraged to email or text Auction Manager with their estimated arrival time for pickup if they have numerous or large items.
*Please bring wrapping materials and boxes if you have numerous pieces of glassware/ceramics; there will be some boxes and recycled wrapping onsite.
*PLEASE BRING MOVING SUPPLIES & LABOR FOR FURNITURE AND LARGE PIECES (ie. if you will need a dolly, moving blanket etc.)
*Moving help is not guaranteed at pickup for furniture and large items. Unless you can move it yourself come with help. If you require the Auction Manager’s assistance there is a cash fee. Auction Manager is not a professional mover and reserves the right to decline help with moving or packing any items.

LIMITED SHIPPING: Jewelry with package icon ONLY. All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail together in one package, for one charge. Items will always ship for the lowest cost/smallest package possible. We can only charge for ONE package PER CUSTOMER/PER AUCTION in our integrated shipping system so if you need shipping ALL your winning items must fit in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Package.
*THE ITEM MUST HAVE A SHIPPING ICON THAT LOOKS LIKE A BOX IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE LOT TO QUALIFY FOR USPS SHIPPING.
*There will be a $5 handling fee applied to all orders to help cover cost of shipping supplies and time.
*Shipping orders over $250 will require you to provide a copy of your ID to verify your address and will have insurance & signature confirmation as well for your protection.
*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR AUCTION NINJA ACCOUNT IS CORRECT AND MATCHES YOUR BILLING ADDRESS - this will be the address your items are shipped to!
