Please note this is a quiet, private community, and there is a single lane driveway adjacent to a single lane public road. We will have a quiet, orderly pickup by appointment only, but you MUST make an appointment by contacting the auction managers VIA EMAIL (NOT PHONE) when you win your items. Appointments are made on a first come, so don't delay in contacting us after you win.
