Winning bidders *must* bring help for removing large/heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. You must bring help *before closing of pick up* or your items left behind are forfeited without refund. It is at the discretion of the auction manager to deny a buyer to attempt moving an item if we feel you cannot lift/remove it safely. For safety and insurance purposes, we urge you to be mindful when bidding. Look for measurements, use common sense - can you lift it/will fit in your vehicle? Ask questions if unsure *before bidding.* Items after pick up closes cannot be left to be picked up from outside the home. We are restricted by contractual agreement with Seller and Clearing House. Please understand these terms and do not ask.
SHIPPING !!!! If you agree to have your items shipped. Only items marked shippable in the details of the auction can be shipped. NO other items will be shipped. There will be no refund for an error by bidder that an item"s" they bid on are shippable. If you place a bid by mistake there will be NO retractions . If the item closes and you do not pay for the item , you will unfortunately be blacklisted from all future bidding . Please contact auction manager before you bid if you have a question about shipping/handling fees . A handling fee is an amount charged to a customer on top of the order subtotal and shipping fees. It covers the cost of expenses related to fulfillment, such as warehouse storage cost, and packing and material cost. Handling fees are charged per lot . A minimum of $10.00 handling plus shipping fees applies per lot . I agree to pay for shipping and handling via Social Payment Platform application Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or Paypal. Zelle being the prefered merchant for payment for seller/ Auction manager .Shipping cost is associated with a flat rate USPS box . Each lot of items purchased will be packed in these USPS boxes only . I DO NOT combine shipping on purchases of more than one lot . If a lot requires a special size box it will be priced determined by weight and size and a supplemental handling charge will be assessed . PLEASE note there are times when shipping/handling an item will eclipse the purchase price . Please be conscientious to that when you bid on items .
Unpaid shipping after 7 days of auction closing will result in the loss of items won in the auction. Items will not be shipped until payment for items and payment for shipping have both been made. Shipping in Continental US only .

Shipping fees must be paid directly to the AUCTION MANAGER, Jeff Christopher via VENMO, PAYPAL or ZELLE, again, *separate* from Auction Ninja/CHES auction win invoice!
