Our ongoing ...view moredownsizing project also has eclectic items for your collection, decorating needs, personal style, or resale, not limited to: European Dinnerware that includes an unused Wedgwood coffee set, a Herend serving dish, Asian Mid 20th Century pieces, wall accents, costume jewelry, a few 14K gold and sterling silver pieces, and a brand new Coach summer bag. For the most part our items are vintage and may show some wear consistent with age and use. Every listing is entered in good faith and the pictures are an integral part of our descriptive title. View each picture carefully as they may reveal something we may have missed. We have tried our best to list any flaws or other issues with the items. Use prudence as you bid noting that all items are sold "AS IS" and we offer “No Refunds”. Please reach out with any questions and or concerns prior to placing a bid.

As the pandemic continues we want to ...view morefacilitate a quick and easy pick up. WE SEND A TEXT THROUGH AUCTION NINJA WITH PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS. We ask that you text (347) 815-7819 to reserve a pick-up time. That way, when you arrive your items will be ready (unwrapped) either in a box which you can take with you or a bin. Please be sure to include your name and order number in your text. Kindly bring your signed invoice.

Please wear a mask and sign your invoice prior to pick up. Access to the premises is down the driveway and please watch your step. Submit your signed invoice once you have received your items.

Small items only - with added cost per item for handling. We will not ship any items that will not fit in a 12x12x8 mailing box.

-Shipping payment is made through PayPal.

-Shipping requests not made known and/or items are not picked up by the close of business (2:30PM) on the scheduled pick-up day = items forfeited, re-listed and resold.
