SHIPPING: Shipping may be available for small, unbreakable items. Please contact the auction manager prior to bidding if you would like items shipped to confirm they qualify for shipping. After auction close, call the auction manager (Nancy Tidd 860-671-0214) to make arrangements to pay for shipping. Shipping costs are paid directly to the auction manager and not to Clearinghouse Estate Sales.

LOCAL PICK UP: PICKUP DAY IS SATURDAY, JUNE 25, 2022 FROM 9:00AM-1:00 PM - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY THIS DATE AND TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND (unless you have made prior arrangements for shipping of small and/or non fragile items). Payment for shipping must be received within 3 days of auction manager notifying the winner of cost, if payment for shipping is not received in that time then these items will be considered forfeited.

Winning Bidders Will Receive Address Via Email - LET US KNOW IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THIS - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR DASHBOARD TO RECEIVE AUCTION WIN INFORMATION VIA EITHER EMAIL OR TEXT - AUCTION WIN EMAILS AND INVOICE CAN ALSO BE ACCESSED VIA YOUR DASHBOARD AFTER SALE CLOSES.

If you are unable to come pick up yourself for some reason, please arrange for someone else to pick up your items - email me prior to pick up with alternate person's name - they will be required to sign your invoice.

Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/heavy items as well as an appropriate vehicle for transporting. Also please bring proper packaging materials if needed for safely transporting fragile items at pickup. Packing, moving and transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup.

I do my best to take sufficient pictures and include measurements and highlight any defects in items. Keep in mind most items are vintage and preowned, they most likely will show signs of wear due to age and use. Feel free to call or email to ask any questions on a particular item before bidding.
