Pick Up Dates: Saturday, January 6th & Sunday, January 7th from 10:00 AM through 2:00 PM each day.
Piano ONLY Pick Up Date: Friday, January 5th from 10am ...view more- 1pm.
The owners of this estate have to have the contents of the house cleaned out shortly after this sale.
Therefore, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this pick up date and time.
Any items not picked up within the time frame provided will be considered forfeited without refund.

Upon pick up all buyers are responsible to confirm they have all the items they purchased at the sale.

For heavy items, please bring help to lift & load your purchases. If you do not have any help, you can contact us before the auction ends and we can arrange movers to load up your items for a fee.

If you do win any dish sets or fragile pieces that you would like to pack prior to transporting, please bring your own boxes and packing materials.

Kindly be aware that we do not provide shipping services whatsoever. If you wish to have an item shipped, you may contact the local UPS store using the address and phone number provided below. Please coordinate directly with UPS for the pickup and shipping arrangements. The responsibility for this service lies solely between UPS and the successful bidder. It is essential to ensure that the item is picked up within the specified time frame. Items not collected within the designated period will be deemed forfeited without a refund.
