Welcome to another interesting estate collection auction. This month we present a myriad of vintage, antique, primitive and folk art working duck decoys most being signed and with a display stand. Included in the auction ...view moreare: stamps, signed and numbered lithos, small game traps, duck calls and a few other related items. The vast majority of these decoys are functional art and some were crafted for the sole purpose of being displayed. The detail in some is incredible and warrants more than a glance to truly appreciate them. If a decoy is pictured with a stand, it is included in the lot, multiples have a tiered double stand as shown, flat bottom decor will not have an included stand. Settle in and take a good look at the this remarkable collection. The Miele collection has been amassed over a few decades by a husband and wife who adventurously flew throughout America to locate each of these magnificent hand crafted decoys. The couple are downsizing and have both agreed that the time has come for the collection to be offered to the highest bidders.

Third Party Shipping is offered through The Village Express in Branford. We suggest calling The Village Express prior to bidding for quotes and handling times. Note: All arrangements MUST be in place between bidder and The Village Express prior to pickup day.
