PICKUP: Items Must be picked up between Wed 4/14 and Sat 4/17 between 10 and 3pm. Please call or text ahead so your items are ready and waiting for you. You must bring help to load heavy items. Items not picked up between this time will be subject to a storage fee starting at $5 per week for invoices with 1-3 small lots and $10 per week for invoices with 4 or more lots and furniture. NO EXCEPTIONS - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS SHALL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED with NO REFUNDS.
**We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up PLEASE TEXT (do not call) your name and planned arrival time to 203-509-7988 at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.**

MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL BIDDERS PICKING UP ITEMS.
