PICKUP Saturday, May 6th 9AM-1PM. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS. Route 22 is a busy highway. Please DO NOT Park on the road! Please park to the right of the house ON THE GRASS in the neighboring driveway. The house driveway is reserved for furniture pick-up only! You can also park in Four Brothers Restaurant parking lot and walk across the street for small pick ups!

PLEASE, please, please - bring extra help for large items and FURNITURE!

PLEASE bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials!

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

THE COUNTRY POSTMAN in Salt Point, NY will pick up on your behalf, pack and ship or haul your purchases. You can contact them PRIOR to the auction for a Shipping Quote! Tell them it is for Karen’s CHES auction and give them the date the sale closes with the lot numbers you are interested in. There are also UPS Stores in Dutchess County, NY you can contact to see if they could provide you the same service. Please note if you choose to use a shipping service, we ARE NOT responsible for ANYTHING with regard to shipping except handing your items over to the authorized representative from the third party shipper during the DESIGNATED PICKUP TIME ONLY.
