Please note: Pick up is no longer in our store in the Collins Axe Factory. Our retail store is now closed permanently. Pick up is in our warehouse located below the store in the Collins Axe Factory at 50 Depot Street Collinsville CT.

Two scenarios for pick up:
Scenario 1: If you have large furniture or multiple lots or cannot use stairs: You will drive around to the back of the factory right up to our warehouse doors. You will be given directions via text (make sure you have your cell phone listed under your info) with picture directions.

Scenario 2: If you win just a few small items, you can park in the main lot (and not drive around to back of factory) by Crown and Hammer Restaurant & The Historical Museum.
Look for the big brick building behind Crown and Hammer restaurant and enter the double doors all the way to the left (you will see an auction pick up sign). Continue to follow auction pick up signs - you will be going down a set of stairs to get to our warehouse doors. Note: if you cannot physically go down the stairs, please reach out for directions to drive around to our warehouse doors.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING *** SEPARATE FROM CHES INVOICING **
We offer third party shipping with We Pack and Ship. They specialize in online auction shipping and understand the whole process. They will come to our designated pick up day and collect your items to pack and ship. For this reason, we need to know within 24 hours after auction close if you need the item shipped. Shipping charges are paid direct to them. Please note: They ship freight so you can bid on large items. Just be sure to get a quote first.
