1) All Buyers MUST enter the complex through the main gate and push buzzer for entry with code given in your win email - ALL VEHICLES regardless of what you are buying must drive to the designated VISITOR parking spots !! There are handicapped spaces if you have a car tag - DO NOT PARK IN RESERVED SPOTS, FIRE LANES OR IN FRONT OF BUILDING ENTRANCE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TOW YOU!!! EVEN IF YOU HAVE 1 LITTLE ITEM!!! SORRY!!!!
2) Walk into main lobby entrance and check in with the doorman on duty - he will direct you to the pick up area for check in with auction manager or staff. - Room is located down the hall on right in the lounge areas. We will have tables set up for packing etc - Buyers must transport their items to their vehicles in the parking lot - be aware you may need to make several trips or bring help, boxes & packing materials - NONE on site!!!!! Large items for pickup such as furniture, artwork & large orders will be directed to the Parking Garage for pick up - we will transport your items down for you so you can load them into your vehicle - BE AWARE - no large items/large boxes can go through the lobby area just smaller things - small boxes etc - You may need to exit via the Parking Garage and walk your items back to your car! We are very sorry for all the rules - we must adhere to their rules for the sale- however we will do our very best to keep it seamless for you and make it a pleasant pick up!!!
