Winning bidders receive the pick up address via email upon the close of the sale. Be sure you have your account dashboard preferences set to receive notifications via email or text. Invoices and pick up instructions are also available through your account dashboard under "invoices" once the sale closes completely.


Shipping is a separate transaction from your auction win invoice and must be arranged/paid direct to Auction Manager.

~ If you would like to have your item shipped we ship via priority mail FLAT RATE BOXES with insurance. For your convenience I’ve included a list of box sizes as well as the shipping/handling fee for each size.
Small flat rate box - 8 5/8” x 5 3/8” x 1 5/8” - $13.50
Medium flat rate box - 13 5/8” x 11 7/8” x 3 3/8” or 11” x 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” - $20.50
Large flat rate box - 23 11/16” x 11 3/4” x 3” or 12” x 12” x 5 1/2” - $25.50
If you are unsure of the size that will be used OR would like a quote for multiple items, please email PRIOR to bidding.
~ Please be aware that the shipping can cost more than the final price of the item.
~ ALL SHIPPING MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE END OF PICKUP DAY/TIME. There is no flexibility on this as we work very hard to close out the auctions as quickly and efficiently as possible for the client.
~ If you opt for shipping you MUST contact us within 24 hours of the close of auction. We are not provided with your email and CANNOT send a shipping invoice without your current email address. If we are unable to contact you via the phone number on file with AuctionNinja and do not receive an email from you we will consider the item forfeit without refund. Please take some time to make sure you have the correct information on file with AuctionNinja.
