A minimum spend of $25 (not including buyer's premium and ...view moretaxes) is required for shipping and you will be required to pay the cost of shipping via Venmo or Zelle in advance of shipping. If your invoice includes ANY items that are not available for shipping, you will need to come for local pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!

Large Item Winners may have the opportunity for December 2 pick-up as well and will be contacted accordingly.
No Exceptions. Items not picked up within this timeframe are forfeited without refund.

• All auction items not picked up at the listed time will be forfeited. We are NOT able to hold any lots for people to pick up OR SHIP items. Absolutely no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding!
• All auction items are sold "as is." No Exceptions! While we do our best to accurately describe each lot, we are not NYS licensed appraisers. Please review dimensions, measurements, and condition carefully before bidding. Bidders are responsible to do their own research. Contact Auction Manager with any questions you may have BEFORE bidding!
• Please bring helpers to load your furniture items. We DO NOT have the ability or the liability to assist you with packing or moving your heavy or bulky items. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PICKUP AND MOVE YOUR ITEMS WITH YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIALS, ASSISTANCE AND VEHICLE AT THE LISTED TIME. Some large items are located in a basement down one flight of stairs.
• Please note: Each auction lot will close 35 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour. Bidders actively bidding on an item will extend the bidding time on that item for an extra three minutes.
