Lastly. If I do not hear from you 2 weeks from the auction close your items will be considered abandoned and not retrieved. The items will then have the opportunity to be put back up for auction without you the bidder being able to receive any refund.

It is ultimately up to YOU, the bidder to determine what the item is and what its value is. Descriptions should in no way be considered a guarantee of any kind as to age, materials, genuineness, etc. Keep in mind that items are not new and as such they may have minor flaws, show signs of use and have general wear and tear.
