The house is conveniently located off Rt 95 as well as Rt 495.

Winning Bidders will receive pick up address via email. Please bring your Signed Invoice.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up your items on the designated pick up day/time. If need be, you may send someone in your place to pick up. Items not picked up after 3pm by either you OR them, will be forfeited with NO refunds.

* YOU are responsible for providing your own manpower to move any items. NO assistance is provided. Please arrange your moving help prior to pick up day and arrive prepared with all necessary packing materials/tools necessary to safely remove items. This may include dollys, pads, blankets, boxes, bags, bubble wrap, etc. - ESPECIALLY FOR BREAKABLES AND FURNITURE.

As is standard, unless otherwise specified, ALL items are USED, vintage, antique, etc - not new. They are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. You should expect wear consistent with age and use and some imperfections. Every effort is made to provide detailed descriptions and several photos, including those showing any damage or blemishes, etc., but nobody is perfect.
