Note for Pick Up:
This is a quiet, private estate. Please be mindful of the parking attendant and the single lane driveway. Park on the public road and walk if you have small items, or would prefer a more seamless and streamlined pickup process. Not everyone can pull up to the house at once - know this, and come prepared! Please do not ask to come early or arrive late, the volume of requests is relentless - and its not possible. We set up and arrange all items by invoice before the pickup begins to ensure a quick and easy experience. We work at too fast a pace to store or hold items past the published pickup times. If you cannot make the published pickup times, please send someone in your place, or do not bid.

Third Party SHIPPING REFERRAL:
Unfortunately, for liability and logistical reasons we are not set up to hold, store, ship or move items. You can always send someone in your place, of course! There is a GREAT third party shipper/mover called WHITE RABBIT COURIER that we endorse as our exclusive shipping and delivery partner.
