This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the ...view moreproperty. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager. All items are sold "as-is", including damage to items, not visible at this time or prior to removal of item.

Note for Pick Up:
NOTE: This is a very challenging, steep, one lane driveway. In most cases you will NOT be able to drive up to the house. Please plan accordingly, there is ample parking on the street. NOTE: For large invoices, there will be a by appointment pickup alternative. Auction manager will contact you if you qualify based on the size of the order. Please do not ask to come early or arrive late, the volume of requests is relentless - and its not possible. We set up and arrange all items by invoice before the pickup begins to ensure a quick and easy experience. We work at too fast a pace to store or hold items past the published pickup times. If you cannot make the published pickup times, please send someone in your place, or do not bid.
