Please read all terms and conditions of this sale . For select small items only; including jewelry, coins and other smaller, non-breakable items. Only USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service. A $10 Handling fee apply unless specifically noted for a large BOX 15X15X15 OR flat ART box ART shipment which will be subject to a different fee because of larger custom box and size. Rates are as follow: Padded Flat Rate Envelope ($10.90) Small Flat Rate Box ($10.70) Medium Flat Rate Box ($17.60) Large Flat Rate Box ($23.30)This is a shipping only auction - In House shipping! Patience Please , we are not Amazon. I'm one person doing every task that this auction entails.
I charge shipping and handling charges per USPS box for all auction invoices for all items you win in the auction. If I can combine the shipping of your purchased items I will do so . If it requires and new tube/ box, that will be a new shipping and handling charge . Example : If you purchase 3 lithographs and I can put them in a roll tube together , the fee is $10 handling plus the actual price to ship from the USPO plus insurance and signature fee. The shipping charge is the actual cost of postage , signature acceptance and insurance, plus $10 dollars for materials and handling. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the auction for your invoice, and a second time 3-5 days later for your shipping charge. If you wish to know what shipping may be on a non USPS priority boxed item please contact me with the item number your full name and address and I will try and respond asap . Do this before bidding so you are not surprised by the shipping cost and handling .
We need your email (AuctionNinja ) doesn't share it with us) to send your tracking info for your package. Email me your invoice number, auction name and your full name if you wish for me to send you a tracking number .

IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT, you must have your form on file through the Auction Ninja website. Auction Ninja does not allow tax exemption without that process being complete.
In the case where shipping charges are not paid or your address is invalid , your items will be forfeited after 10 days. I will contact via the auctionninja software contact form , ONCE ,your if the shipping address is invalid It will be your obligation to correct it if it is wrong and contact us with an email to arrange shipment. If you decide to arrange for a shipper of your choice to pick up the items , you are more than welcome to do so . There is a $10 fee for me to expedite your items to the shipper of your choice and they need to show me a copy of your invoice . For sales over $250 , they need to show me a copy of your ID as well if you haven't emailed it to me . You can have someone pick up your items from my location as well by appointment . There is a $10 cash fee for the convenience of that . I'm very particular on appointment times and people sticking to the time to the letter . I can not and will not leave items on the doorstep for a pick up . So please note the courtesy and respect of my time and keeping that appointment that is allocated for you .
Although the auction company makes every attempt to ensure that all items are authentic and that all photographs and descriptions are accurate and error free, no sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in the description or photo provided.

We have 5 possible shipping charges per auction invoice for the items you win in the auction. They are the same as priority USPS notes on the government website for those size boxes .The shipping charge is the actual cost of postage and insurance, plus $10 dollars for materials and handling. USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service where applicable . A $10 handling fee will apply to all USPS boxes + Shipping . A 15x15x15 standard shipping box will be used in there place. If it is a custom framed size art it will have to be shipped an a box associated with its size. The fee is CUSTOM handling and shipping for flat oversized framed art plus exact shipping from the carrier to be shipped. BUYERS a flat rate large art box costs me $30- $130 . 15x15x15 is the only other size I use. I can not stock boxes in a plethora of sizes. If you have purchased more than 1 lot , I will combine what I can into the larger box . The handling/ box ,wrapping ,tape , time and destination and signature delivery confirmation fee on the 15x15x15 is $15 on non USPS priority boxed items , plus shipping associated to your address , which must be valid on file and be the same as the address associated with the credit card used to purchase items.
