Includes 20 full page illustrations including Elihu Yale, the first diploma issued (1703), the chapel, the public square, James Fenimore Cooper and more. Hardcover. Spine cover detached and a portion of it is missing, Front board detatched,. Writing on cover "Keep this carefully". Inscriptions inside "Florence A. Hauff, 1475 Chapel Street, New Haven, Connecticut" and "Always keep this carefully my beloved blessed Mother, note the name and address in this book. Address written by the best mother ever any human being ever had, or could have."
