With paper address tags attached. Property of WWII Lieutenant E. Alton Jenkins traveling from Blytheville, Arkansas to Home in Amenia, NY. Lt. Jenkins was killed in action on May 17, 1945 flying over Mindoro in the Phillipines. He was 23 years old. He is buried in the Amenia Island Cemetery. 21" x 12" x 6" and 21" x 12.5" x 7"
