Quite rare stormy seascape pastel painting.
Iv'e sold and have come across many Chandler's, but this is the first seascape iv'e encountered.
Beautifully executed, with crashing waves and sailing ships off in the distance.

Signed lower right.
Painted period frame with old wavey glass and backing boards.
Frame dimensions 21 x 41"
