In the event of BAD weather, please communicate with Kristin BEFORE traveling. The auction manager is 40 minutes from the estate sale location in Northwest Corner.

The pick up is at a private residence in Meriden, CT. If you do not pick up at the specified times, you forfeit your item(s) and NO REFUNDS will be given.

Location will be announced in the winning email. BRING BOXES and PAPER. I have some items pre-packed, but not necessarily for travel.

Information: Estate sales can be complicated and they need to be very organized. We have a limited time at the property. This is the reason we have strict guidelines. We will try to accommodate you. We do our very best to list and post items correctly. Please text questions if any BEFORE bidding.
