This item is an Army certificate of achievement award for outstanding service, awarded to specialist 4th class R.A. Ward; this item is signed, “Raymond E. Kay, Lieutenant Colonel Armor Commanding”.

Notes: This item shows overall wear including discoloration and staining found to the paper, the ink is faded, there is damage to the felt backing with old scotch tape found, and this item is slightly dirty; the frame is in poor condition, showing heavy wear including scratches and staining found throughout.
