This is a rush sale and buyers should plan on bringing packing material and boxes for glassware, etc. The house is on a cul de sac with limited parking, and we require that buyers of furniture call us to make an appointment for pickup. The heavy furniture will be accessible in the garage, which is shared, so hence the request to make an appointment. Please plan on extra time for your pickup due to the tight squeeze in the house and outdoors. There will also be lots of items available for sale that didn't make it into the catalog. Failure to pick up during the appointed time will result in forfeiture of your items. No exceptions.
