Morris Katz is best known for being the 'world's fastest painter', gaining fame and a large following of collectors through the 1970s and 1980s. This example centers on an angry shoreline with large, crashing waves, a distant mountain, and a pair of seagulls in flight. He often painted using his fingers, creating high points and 3-dimensionality to his works. Condition is very good. Dated 1984.
