Shipping is a flat rate of $13 for 1-20 lots of jewelry.(regardless of quantity of pieces in those lots.)
Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for 20+ lots of jewelry. (regardless of quantity of pieces in those lots.)

Larger bulk items such as Jewelry boxes, bulk craft jewelry by weight displays or racks and Handbags and clothing are excluded from the listed shipping flat rate and will require a custom quote due to specific size and weight requirements for postage. The auction manager will provide shipping quote on orders that include the excluded flat rate items.

Shipping must be paid separately and directly to the Auction Manager, Shawn through 1 of the following 3 ways:

Shipping is not included on your invoice and you will not receive a second invoice for the shipping. Payment for shipping should be sent directly to auction manager Shawn via any of the 3 ways listed. You will not be contacted with a shipping invoice unless you have an item requiring a custom quote. Shipping must be paid within 5 days of Auction close, which means items will be considered abandoned on Sunday 10/15/23

If someone else is paying for your shipping or your name does not match the name on the invoice with Clearing house it is your responsibility to inform auction manager. Please reference your order by your Full Name, DO NOT use the invoice number. Orders will ONLY be shipped to the address on file with Clearing House and emailed forms of postage will not be accepted.

All jewelry items are estate items unless otherwise specified and should be considered previously owned/used. All items are untested and come without certification of authenticity, unless otherwise listed. We do our best to describe each piece as it is before us to the naked eye and to note all issues damages and idiosyncrasies to any/all of the jewelry pieces. Please view all pictures as they are part of the description, and if a blemish is shown in photograph, specifically, it may or may not be represented in the physical description, because the pictures are part of the description. Additionally, please read all descriptions thoroughly as words have multiple meetings and should be taken in context, as in gold is a color as well as a precious metal. Most often we use the term gold tone when the context is ambiguous. Condition consistent with age and or any other adjective is subjective, and we encourage you to look at all the pictures and ask any clarifying questions in advance of the auction. No displays or fixtures are included in the lot unless specified. Most often at pick up all items are wrapped or bagged and grouped together per individual invoice for your convenience. That does not mean you cannot open all items to inspect them, we encourage you to do so, we simply wrap and organize things to expedite pick up but it is your responsibility to verify and check your order is complete and satisfactory before leaving. Once you’ve signed the invoice and left the property, any damages, breakage or issues cannot be addressed. We also always do our best to present the items in the most tidy and clean fashion we can when photographing but we are not a dry cleaner, and we encourage you to have items of a fabric nature, upholstery and jewelry professionally cleaned to return them to their full luster.
