by artist Frederick Serger
The partial artist label attached to the stretcher on the back lists a handwritten $2500 price and the printed name that looks like Frederick Serger . Also handwritten "Red Poppies" and a street address.
Signature on piece matches Serger also
custom gold frame measures 27 1/2 in tall x 20 in wide
painting alone measures 13 x 20 in
