Vintage Police Highway Patrol Peddle Car To Protect And Serve 911

Vintage peddle car is made of metal, plastic and maybe rubber (?) tires. I did not find a maker’s name but could be Burns Novelty and Toy Co. It does work (peddles/steers) but is a great display piece as well.

Notes: Some spots of rust, crack on flasher, not sure if flasher works, windshield detached, peddles OK, steers OK, tires OK,.

Consistent with age and use.
