Vintage Paper Mache Boy & Girl Carolers Candleholders

Carolers dressed in red and green with lacy top, both with red hair and holding a candleholder that takes a regular candle. Unmarked but has a very faint old sticker on bottom with original price of $2.79. Probably 1960's and made in Japan.
Dimensions: taller is 9" H, 4 1/4" W and 3 1/2" D
Condition: minor flaking.
