Vintage Otagiri Handpainted Ceramic Japanese Teapot With Rattan Handle

Vintage Otagiri hand painted ceramic teapot with rattan handle, original production began in the 1970’s.
The Otagiri Mercantile Company was a Japanese-based manufacturer of ceramics. The company was headquartered in the United States in San Francisco. OMC is best known for its tiki-themed products for bars and restaurants, although they also sold a wide range of higher-end of ceramics.
This teapot is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

Measures approx 5 1/2” H (7 1/2" including handle) x 5 1/2” W x 7 1/2” including spout.
