Item Description

Vintage oil pastel (I think) on gesso board - Four Star Admiral Royal E Ingersoll (1883-1976) who served as a commander during World War II.
It is signed by Fisk, C F Fisk, F Fisk, C T Fisk - not quite sure. This artist also did another pastel and two ship drawings that are also on offer in this auction. I’m not sure when this piece was drawn.

Notes: Some wear on the edges, fairly clean, will need a frame.

Condition

Consistent with age and use.
