Vintage oil pastel (I think) of a naval officer or admiral from the late 18th or early 19th C.
It is signed by Fisk, C F Fisk, F Fisk, C T Fisk, T Fisk ? - not quite sure. This artist also did another pastel and two ship drawings that are also on offer in this auction. This piece is not dated nor framed.

Notes: Some wear on the edges, fairly clean, will need a frame.

Consistent with age and use.
