Vintage Oil On Canvas Painting - Bear In Woods Or Does A Bear Blank In The Woods - Artist Signed

Vintage oil on canvas painting of a bear on the woods - artist signed Shacel (?). It is framed in a gilt wooden frame. I don’t think it is famous artist, and it is nicely done.
All I can think is, Does a bear 💩 in the woods?

Frame measures 18 1/2” x 25 1/2”.

Painting opening measures 13 1/2” x 20 1/2”.

Notes: Minor wear on the frame, can’t see any holes or tears on the artwork, looks pretty clean.

Consistent with age and use.
